Wasn't 160 full AMDEP until WLDEP became operational? Same goes for 167, 169 & 856.Originally posted by TIB1018B:WA DAFs. TIB692K, TIB693H, TIB700X and TIB709Y were serving on service 160 until WLDEP took over operations on service 160 from KJDEP in Oct 1998.
Service 160, 167, 169, 855 and 856 was partially controlled by AMDEP and KJDEP. When WLDEP became operational, services 160, 169 and 855 became AMDEP/WLDEP control. Service 167 was KJDEP/WLDEP control. Service 856 became full WLDEP control.Originally posted by iveco:Wasn't 160 full AMDEP until WLDEP became operational? Same goes for 167, 169 & 856.
Did 859 under WLDEP before? I remember it was sometime in 2004 it was transfer over to AMDEP.Originally posted by TIB1018B:Service 160 (Adm Rd West - Crawford St) was partially controlled by AMDEP and KJDEP. When WLDEP became operational, it became majority AMDEP and minority WLDEP. It was then extended to Geylang Lor 1 when Crawford St terminal was abolished in end 1998 and renumbered 980.
There was one time when service 980 was fully under AMDEP, when Sengkang was take over by SBS in 1999 if I am not wrongSomewhere in 2001 the depot deployment was reshuffled between 167, 851, 852, 859 and 980 and AMDEP/WLDEP. From then service 980 became partial controlled by AMDEP and WLDEP again.
In 2004, I also remembered that service 980 was fully under AMDEP for a short period of time when service 950 was just introduced. It then became partial control by AMDEP/WLDEP again (AMK control 9 whereas WL control 4).
Service 859 started off with WLDEP in 1999. Then it was transferred to AMDEP later that year. In Jan 2001 transferred back to WLDEP, then Sep 2004 back to AMK againOriginally posted by Volvo Olympian:Did 859 under WLDEP before? I remember it was sometime in 2004 it was transfer over to AMDEP.

I don't have that exact SBS model. But the other bus models I have all have movable wheels (though not very smooth), and are screwed on to the base. SO if you unscrew the base, you should be able to take the bus out.Originally posted by TWS4793:And those wheels can't be moved. Neither can it probably be taken out. It's probably not a toy so that was my conclusion.
Nice picturesOriginally posted by TWS4793:I've got a fresh number of photos up on my fotopic. It's here, on http://sbs3684h.fotopic.net.
I've got many pictures of Scanias because so many Scanias go round my house. Take some time to view them. And please forgive me for those rubbish images I took because I took them from a camera phone and the BC's driving is fast.

EDIT: Yeah, if you look closely at the photo, between the bus and base, you'll see the plastic.

He could be in big trouble if any SBST management staffs saw this,It's excusable if you use rectangular as a side desto for MKIIs/MBs/MKIIIs but NOT for front desto,Furthermore the number a bit tiny for some peoplesOriginally posted by ^tamago^:

But I don't think the driver's purposely doing it. Just that they don't have enough extra service plates? So either that or run with no desto...Originally posted by carbikebus:He could be in big trouble if any SBST management staffs saw this,It's excusable if you use rectangular as a side desto for MKIIs/MBs/MKIIIs but NOT for front desto,Furthermore the number a bit tiny for some peoples![]()
