How come 9888Y's seatbacks on both upper and lower deck rear rows are upside down?
You can see marking on the seats to see that they were once correct side up! -

Buses in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province, China
The following are photos of buses in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province, China filmed by STN during the short visit to Zhuhai on 30 November 2006.
Based on STN's observations, there are at least 3 bus operators in Zhuhai, namely Public Bus ("gong'gong qiche" in Chinese characters), Xinhe, and Kee Kwan
The 4th pix here is a Xinhe bus and the last pix here is Kee Kwan Sightseeing Bus
Anyway, Zhuhai is a town in China bordering Macau
