  I think he wants to reply the SBS 3658 J on svc 45, or else, it would really a typo or something.

  Actually it isn't a sticker desto, is just that they didn't remove the rear desto area when the ad is pasted as the bus is HG 101.
  
  It is used as a guide to show where the desto holder is when the ad is pasted on the rear & the area is removed.

  Is it only HG do that?
  Some buses don't even have the hole for you the put the desto behind as the ad fully covers the window. But there also isn't any "sticker" desto too.
