Its company regulation and a condition to carriage, drivers are merely doing their work, you are simply making theor lives difficult, what if they got find out by an inspector, think before you complain.   Toei CNG Non-Step Bus at Shinjuku (JR West Exit). There are currently 63 such buses running in Tokyo, and another 791 non-step diesel buses.

  It seems that when you take a rare cameo or a bus that you have wanted to take for a very long time, if you pay cash then there are no tickets. Once I took SBS937Z on 124, I paid cash, only for the paper to run out. What made me angry was that I saw a lot of tickets all over the floor.

  all S157 BRBP LO3x are SP on weekends so its common for them to start to go on cameo on BRBP svc... i saw 9032A on 60 yesterday
