In Short, all services from BSH YCK and AMK (Except 86 & 166) are full control under AMDEP.![]()
AMDEP has 2-3 Striders, all perm on svc 131. Quite pointless actually, they should transfer them to BBDEP in exchange for Mk5sOriginally posted by iveco:Does 131 get any buses from ARBP? If not, where did the B10M striders come from?
Yes, I agree. BBDEP is where Striders are numerous. Which AMDEP svcs have Mk 5s, then?Originally posted by leeJZ:AMDEP has 2-3 Striders, all perm on svc 131. Quite pointless actually, they should transfer them to BBDEP in exchange for Mk5s![]()
AMDEP Mk5 services off the top of my head are 21 72 88 131 162, with a single bus for 168. Svc 162 has most of them.Originally posted by iveco:Yes, I agree. BBDEP is where Striders are numerous. Which AMDEP svcs have Mk 5s, then?
If I'm not mistaken, the Mk 4 DMs at AMK are exclusively for 124, right?
I believe that recent trends suggest that both 162 and 72 have almost equal share of mk5s from AMDEP. Also, one particular mk5 is a very perm cameo on svc 76.Originally posted by leeJZ:AMDEP Mk5 services off the top of my head are 21 72 88 131 162, with a single bus for 168. Svc 162 has most of them.
Most of AMDEP mk4 DMs are for 124 yes, but there are three for 21 and 131 plus a single bus for 186.

Who is using the UMW Darts in JB. Also do our UK Darts on 92 have the step after the exit door? I know the UMW Lances do, and there is a "Mind the Step" warning for pax heading for the exit from the rear of the bus.Originally posted by PJ_Quek:http://img78.photobucket.com/albums/v293/bus911/genting%20trip/Dsc01887.jpg
Such bus now can be found in Johor Bahru.
504: Larkin <-> Masai
502: Taman Ungku Tun Aminah <-> Johor Bahru
I think certain Maju buses use them, 8, 9, 10 and 11. Some use UMW Darts and some use UMW Lance.Originally posted by iveco:Who is using the UMW Darts in JB. No, there isn't.Originally posted by iveco:Who is using the UMW Darts in JB. Also do our UK Darts on 92 have the step after the exit door? I know the UMW Lances do, and there is a "Mind the Step" warning for pax heading for the exit from the rear of the bus.
But the UMW Darts used by SPNB and Triton in KL have the step.Originally posted by tranquilice:No, there isn't.

a 6L engine bus that really doesn't have power to climb hills. It can't run fast and it's just an insipid bus. Can't really perform well, especially over long distance route.
That's old school man.Love it!Originally posted by Volvo Olympian:
