So who is correct? Plates with all services or plates with only diverted services?Originally posted by service_238:These are standalone plates. They're BRAND NEW. NH plates will have the bus stop description. Well I can say SBST is real efficent in this..CSS although lagging a bit behind but also not bad.
I think it's a matter of interpretation.Originally posted by tranquilice:So who is correct? Plates with all services or plates with only diverted services?
ok i make myself clear. In addition to those plates at bus stops, SBST added another plate of the diverted services. This means that the original plates were never touched. Hence, there's a dedicated plate to the diverted routes while the original plates are for the original services that ply there.Originally posted by tranquilice:So who is correct? Okay, maybe I saw wrongly.Originally posted by service_238:ok i make myself clear. In addition to those plates at bus stops, SBST added another plate of the diverted services. That's why i call them stand-alone plates because they dont mix with the original services that ply there.
Don't forget CSS can't amend its routes so this might be the LAST amendment it ever makes.Originally posted by cck_190:Why care about CSS?It's dying soon...
I dont get what you mean. Care to explain it simpler? Thanks. Is this Republic Ave/Nicoll Highway junction outside The Concourse before the accident site? If that's the case i get your pointOriginally posted by tranquilice:The central divider along Nicoll Highway, with the junction of Republic Avenue, has been cut. Upgrading work is ongoing at this junction, for to-be-confirmed opening of the section of Nicoll Highway between Middle Road and Republic Avenue. Once re-open confirmed, east bound motorists can use Nicoll Highway between Stamford Road and Republic Avenue, and then divert onto Republic Avenue and continue to Crawford Street via Crawford vehicular underpass.
Yes. This is the junction of Nicoll Highway and Republic Ave, near the temporary overhead pedestrian bridge and The Concourse bus stops.Originally posted by service_238:I dont get what you mean. This would mean SBST11 is back as usual and SBST16 towards Marine Parade would be able to enter Stadium area via Nicoll Highway, then onto Stadium Drive and Stadium Rd. Is there any blue/green directional signs that leads to Nicoll Highway?Originally posted by tranquilice:A section of Nicoll Highway between Mountbatten Rd and Stadium Drive re-opened today (25 April) at 2pm.
Only service 11 is allowed.Originally posted by service_238:This would mean SBST11 is back as usual and SBST16 towards Marine Parade would be able to enter Stadium area via Nicoll Highway, then onto Stadium Drive and Stadium Rd. From the news on TV, I saw orange signs "Access to Stadium Dr only" placed at Mountbatten Rd junction.Originally posted by service_238:This would mean SBST11 is back as usual and SBST16 towards Marine Parade would be able to enter Stadium area via Nicoll Highway, then onto Stadium Drive and Stadium Rd. I guess services 16, 401 and 608 are allowed too, as entering and exiting via the same road (Stadium Blvd) may confuse the drivers.Originally posted by off_service:Only service 11 is allowed.

He's just trying to sensationalize.Originally posted by TIB744U:Hey there everyone!
Basically, that guy's mad and the entry's crap, that's all. Never come across my good friend's father mentioning anything about buses or cars, for he's a real LTA engineer also involved in the Circle Line, though not Nicoll Highway station.
