Amendment to Service 804 to loop at Yishun Street 41

Route amendment to Service 804 with effect from Sunday, 25th April 2004
In conjunction with the opening of Yishun Street 41, Service 804 will be amended to ply along Yishun Central 1, Yishun Ave 2, Yishun Ring Rd, (Yishun Street 41), Yishun Ave 1 and Yishun Ave 11 with effect from Sunday, 25th April 2004.
As such, Service 804 will call at the new bus stop outside Northbrooks Secondary School along Yishun Ring Rd.
It will no longer call at the bus stops outside Blk 419 (Yishun Ave 11) and opposite Blk 433 (Yishun Ave 1). Affected passengers can board the service at the opposite side.
On the same day, the shortworking variant, Service 804A will be withdrawn. Other operating details remain unchanged.
will bendies be deployed fully on Svc 804 in the near future, or even starting tomorrow or monday when demand warrants it? with the schedule review necessary, if the bendies come into play, would the interval of Service 804 be longer? -
Likely. Svc 804 load is quite high. However, it may take a few months before that happen, as TIBS must first find out the equilibrum between svc 806 and svc 804 loads. Currently, svc 806 loads are very much higher than svc 804 during peak hours.
I spotted one 0405G cruising by St 41 from my window this morning. Still trying to spot for more, but all boxes.
Yes. The frequency before the bendy is 10mins. Boxes still remain at 7mins per bus. TIBS is notorious for doubling the frequency b4 a bendy arrives. This happended when 806 only have one bendy in the past.
It still remains to be seen wad would become of svc 806, and im still waiting for TIBS to reply to my query. Before that happens, it is groundless to speculate on it, as 806 and 804 runs in opposing directions, and there is still much demand for it. -

TIB1174 is from 980,not 806 and 812
TIB1198 is a permer on 851 on ALL days
TIB1136, 1137 are also very common on 851 -
1092K and 1093H are AMDEP Sv. 106 buses. On Sunday, the habits are not deployed on one shot. There was only one bendy in the morning until 9+, the others were boxes. After 9+, the fleet increase to 5 bendies, and no boxes. I have reason to believe that 2 additional buses were added after 12pm to cope with the demand. Hence, i think 1160Y is the 7th bus, i saw it at 11+. -
