You can still find the bus models page here.Originally posted by off_service:If anyone had noticed, the bus models page is gone.
The only transportation brands that survived are CSS and Bus Plus.

There is a big press release on the last page of Today newspaper.Originally posted by cck_190:Something very funny here...
The TIBS name change is not publicized. I went to Channel Newsasia, Straits Times website, nothing mentioning about SMRT...any idea why???![]()
How to get 'today' newspaper? I can't find it anywhere near the interchange/mrt station?Originally posted by SBS9818A:There is a big press release on the last page of Today newspaper.
No need what. It's not a major change, to commuters it'll still be TIBS.Originally posted by cck_190:How to get 'today' newspaper? I can't find it anywhere near the interchange/mrt station?
btw, I think it should be publicized through Mediacorp and The Straits Times
It is quite major if you ask me...One day, our dear commuters walk at the bus stop, they find red and white buses. Won't they get confused?Originally posted by SBS9818A:No need what. It's not a major change, to commuters it'll still be TIBS.
It is publicized in The Straits Times today. Check the bottom half of the first page of the Asia section.Originally posted by cck_190:How to get 'today' newspaper? I can't find it anywhere near the interchange/mrt station?

Okay, this is weird. How come SMRT put the posters on the bus stops in towns that they don't control first?Originally posted by foxtrot1985:There was a whole page ad in Lian He Zao Bao today as well if I'm not wrong. Commuters won't be confused, not when SMRT has started putting up posters at bus-stops already (e.g. Bowen Sec bus-stop along Hougang Ave 2).

Rebranding doesn't necessarily mean new set of regoes. It's too much of a hassle to re-register the buses to newer regoes. SMRT has decided on the livery of their vehicles. Let's move on. No point whining over it. As long as the level of the service does not deteriorate, we should be thankful.Originally posted by rancour5:dont C their pt..they repaint the bus but rego remains tibs...wtf
