Sv 825 to use Bus Plus Vehicles

With Effect from 10 May 2004, Sv 825 will be using Bus-Plus Vehicles. Somehow, Sv 825 does not have the demand for 12 metre buses, since the load isn't fantastic. It seems that business for Bus-Plus ain't so good, and I suppose that they would have leftovers for Sv 825 to take on. IMHO, PA 639 M n PA 644 Y might be used on normal TIBS Services.

Actually buses used by Bus Plus are called as mini buses. The models that Bus Plus have are Toyota Coaster and Mitsubishi Rosa. Hmm, I wonder how peak hour loads will be like, but it's definitely better utilization than parking the minibuses at Lor 1 Geylang.

Yeah... This is also possible. Oh man... TIBS supplied shuttle services to Tekong and CHC. Oh yeah... forgot that the Bus Plus vehicles are to be deployed on 825 as svc 540 is to be withdrawn on 10 May 2004. 540 ply between Eng Kong Pk and Shenton Way. btw, I just wish that the bus plus buses are to be painted with Tibs livery just like the old 825 midi buses.

its a normal cum booking svc. for regular passengers that take the bus every day,they can pay a premium for a monthly pass that confirms a seat for them. otherwise you can board it ad-hoc anywhere along the route. fares are $5.50 from Eng Kong to Shenton Way (AM); $5 from Shenton Way to Eng Kong (PM). if you board and alight within the CBD, you only pay the intra-CBD fare of $2
