  Off Topic question:
  If we create a new thread, will the oldest thread be gone at the same time? If yes, can we retrieve back the threads?

  No. Old threads are deleted when the particular thread hasnt been active for at least 3/5 months.

  but i do see the thread "Amendments of svc 520" last touched in Sept 2003... btw, I just hope to search thru archives deleted... maybe can find something interesting from there.

  You can't search thru archives that have been deleted, they are no longer available.
