Service 401 Operating Hours on Public Holidays

Currently, service 401 operating hours on public holidays is from 10am to 8pm.
If a public holiday falls on a Saturday and/or Sunday, is it feasible to extend the operating hours till 10pm?
Take for example yesterday (01 May Labour Day), the last bus departed Bedok interchange at 8pm instead of the usual 10pm on Saturdays. This may cause inconvenience to those going to and fro East Coast Park after the last bus. -

In the case of service 401, the operating hours on Saturdays is from 2pm to 10pm while on Sundays and public holidays is from 10am to 8pm.
So on last Saturday (01 May), the Sundays and public holidays schedule instead of the Saturday schedule is applied. This means that the last bus from Bedok interchange departed at 8pm instead of 10pm. My question is, is it feasible to extend the last bus departure time from 8pm to 10pm on public holidays which falls on Saturdays and Sundays, I believe there's still people going to and fro East Coast park after the last bus at 8pm. -
It might be feasible considering that many families love to go to ECP on a public holiday. The question is whether they go back after 8pm or not is another case. Weekdays (non school holidays): 5pm - 11pm
Weekdays (school holidays) & Weekends: 10am - 11pm
Public Holidays: 7am - 11pm

Weekends refer to Saturdays and Sundays excluding Public Holidays. -
