Maybe Sv 171/965 frequency better than Sv 963/161 freq? -

take 925 from choa chu kang interchange to woodlands interchange.transfer to tibs 965.[note 925 operate only on weekdays and saturday 0600 -1930hrs from woodlands interchange to choa chu kang interchange]
also another way is to take 190 to bt panjang rd and transfer to 960 to woodlands regional interchange.then transfer 965. -

Ok here is my say:
you can try 67 out to bt timah then transfer to 156.....(may be 1 hr 10 mins)
but
the best way to sengkang would be for u to go via the woodlands. as suggested by many peeps. 9take 925 then 965)
another way is to follow closely to the ZYX888 route: take 190 to bt panjang, take 171 to yishun and then pong the 965
meanwhile a repeat of my 888 again.....
