  In my opinion, this is faster compared to services 151 189 connection.

  The below method need to walk a lot, but transfer once only:
  
  1.Take MRT to Potong Pasir Station
  
  2.Take Exit C, and from there walk to B17 Serangoon Road
  
  3.Take 985 to B01 Bukit Batok East Ave 6 and walk long distance all the way to St 24
  
  not sure if this is faster than the full MRT journey then 189....

  My 74 77 connection also transfer once only.
  
  Can also take service 153 to Jln Toa Payoh and transfer to service 985.

  Sv 151 is ok... And that's the fastest way already unless you go take 855 to HBF and take 188 (Frequency is 11-14 mins) when frequency of 151 is 3-10 mins.
  
  Sv 855 full trip is abt 80-90+ mins

  heh..ok.. i mentioned about the crowd bcoz currently i take 151 from PIE around TPY area to Kent Ridge and kinda sianz..most of the time non-aircon and packed.. moving house to Yishun soon, so need the help.

  from bedok - yishun, can also try to take 31/67 to tampines int (from bedok MRT stop), transfer 969.

  For 1: Service 857 to Raffles Ave outside Esplanade, walk to Nicoll Highway outside 1 Raffles Link, transfer to service 10. (Longer journey time compared to services 852 151 connection.)
  
  For 2: Service 171 to Pending Rd, transfer to service 184.
