Oh okay.. Thanks!Originally posted by tranquilice:Services 22, 24 or 76 to Upp Paya Lebar Rd, transfer to service 80.
I would recommend taking service 168 to Bedok interchange and then transfer to service 24 at New Upp Changi Rd bus stop, because this method only uses 2 services instead of 3, and service 24 has a better frequency.Originally posted by bus911:Will the 2 journey/time u mentioned above be longer than the 168then38/8/18+12......

How long will Sv 25 take from Ang Mo Kio - Hougang Ave 3 (the bus stop just after Upp Serangoon Rd) ? On a weekend afternoon.
Depending on time of the day. Off-peak will take around 40 mins. Peak maybe longer, 50mins?Originally posted by leeJZ:Ok...how long is Sv 74 from Hougang Int - Ang Mo Kio Stn?

For service 74: 25 to 30 minsOriginally posted by leeJZ:Ok...how long is Sv 74 from Hougang Int - Ang Mo Kio Stn?
And Sv 166 from Ang Mo Kio Stn - United Square?
I took Sv 165 instead of Sv 74 which did a big loop around Hougang, 20min not bad. As for Sv 166, it took 30min. Thanks for your info though.Originally posted by tranquilice:For service 74: 25 to 30 mins
For service 166: 35 to 40 mins
All timings are during off-peak.
My estimations are correct.Originally posted by leeJZ:I took Sv 165 instead of Sv 74 which did a big loop around Hougang, 20min not bad. As for Sv 166, it took 30min. Thanks for your info though.
From Woodlands, take SMRT Buses service 966 to Jalan Toa Payoh and alight. Transfer to SBS Transit services 56, 105 (these 2 services require crossing road) or SBS Transit services 143 or 145 to Toa Payoh Interchange.Originally posted by bus911:woodlands to toa payoh hdb

Just want to relate an experience on 966.Originally posted by leeJZ:If you are lucky, Sv 966 can speed from Woodlands to Jln Toa Payoh in 20min. I say 30min would be a typical journey.
Service 30. About 1hr - 1hr 10 to Bedok. Board from Pasir Panjang Road.Originally posted by leeJZ:Ok...get me the fastest way from Kent Ridge to somewhere in the east side...either Hougang / Bedok / Tampines / Pasir Ris...
One comment: AWESOME!Originally posted by Yusry:Just want to relate an experience on 966.
I happened to take 966 on Monday night from WRI to Jalan Eunos. I shall not speculate the speed the driver was driving at. But let's say the bus kept up with a Merc car driving on the rightmost lane of BKE AND overtaking most other vehicles.
I reached Trellis Towers from WRI in a record time of about 20 mins and Jalan Eunos in 30 mins. If not for the jam along PIE, I believe it could have reached Jalan Eunos in 25 mins.![]()
one thing to add... around 40-45min from harbourfront to bedok.Originally posted by Yusry:Service 30. About 1hr - 1hr 10 to Bedok. Board from Pasir Panjang Road.
