  960 use Woodlands Rd, better to take 187/963 which use BKE and transfer at Bukit Panjang Rd.

  605 freq is very lousy.
  
  145 does a loop around the city, plus you have to walk all the way from South Bridge Rd. Not advisable.

  A option, there is only 86 serving with 168 at Seletar Camp BTW. That also takes about 40-45 mins (Incl waiting time) as it already takes almost 30 mins to Jln Kayu thru 168
  
  B option, Longer as of jam at Paya Lebar
  
  C, if it's Bedok Nth is Ok
  
  You Qn, it takes 25 - 30 mins by foot
  It is abt 1 km

  About an hour. (From Hougang Central to Changi Beach during afternoon off peak takes around 45 minutes.)

  i dun want to take MRT
  is it possible to limit the travel time taken to ~ 60-90 mins?
  since 506 didn't go into Changi anymore & 989 ceased to exist

  Services 151 or 154 to PIE (Jln Toa Payoh), transfer to service 966 to Marine Parade Rd, cross the road, lastly transfer to service 36.
  
  Alternatively, service 154 to Paya Lebar MRT station, transfer to service 24.
