To be frank i don't mind driving any long routes svs as long i am able to drive other services too.
Even if they deploy me to drive 11 i'm glad -

Still remembered the malaysian lance tt they showed on the Workers shuttle.
This is because SBST like throwing drivers and buses everywhere and anywhere. -

My learning cum touring trips with others 18 trainee captains
2200-2210,Assemble @HGDEP,Sign attendance form and off to Tampines Int.
2223-2310,Reach Tampines Int,Went to control room and the Instructor showed us how to scan cards.Seperated into 3 groups,6 pax board 291,Another 6 292 and My group of 6 board 293 and observe the bus captain duty on Feeders/Townlink services.
2325-2355 Reach HGDEP,Take short break and all board into the bus and went to the Auto wash booth,Instructor explain the procedures.
2355-0040 Observe bus captain on end of duty procedure,How to park and hand over the Number plates for spare buses.Also introduce the usage of waybills,How to sign and submit it into box.
0040-0120 On the way to Clementi Int for rest time.
0145-0220 To SLBP,Learn how bus captain enter and park at Multi-Storey buspark,Was surprised to see a few Turf City B10Ms just respray to SBSL Livery.
0255-0400 Reach Woodlands,Observe Bus captain from JB transport buses change to SBST employee buses,Total 7 employees buses.
0435-0445 Short visit to BRAM and off to HGDEP to observe the procedure of Bus captain on how they report for the early morning duty.Short break.
0500-0510 Reach Hougang Int and observe bus captain duty at the Interchange in the early morning.
0520-0535 Feedback & Q&A sessions,Sign off attendance and back to HGDEP
0550-0600 Reach HGDEP and all dismissed

Basically... May I ask you all something? I hope you dont mind me asking, but what's you all's bus captain employee numbers and how do they separate bus captains into depots? Do you all get to choose depots or do they sort by employee numbers or bus licence numbers? Thankies Good luck for your trainings -
They are not separated Rachel,But a waybill card with your name written and submit to the route master in the early morning(if on morning shift)and they've already noted the bus regos.After that we have to take our own bus plates and search for our buses at the bus park location.Before moving off to Int or Term,We had to make sure that the bus are in good condition and had to make a report to the route master if there are any occurances.This is all i can remember for now,Will updated later ok?Originally posted by TIB744U:Hey there BlessingSatan and carbikebus!
