  Erm not quite. I have information from BlessingSatan that the bus is not based at HGDEP, which further strengthen my belief that the bus is indeed one of the few Mark 2s Training Bus based at BNDEP. These Mark 2s can be clearly seen from Simei Avenue.

  Sorry,But today 1813 came in as a replacement for our parking training bus due to the maintenance of 1883.
