Service 4: Plied between Bedok interchange and St. Michael's terminal. Extended to Pasir Ris interchange when merged with former service 19. Later shortened to Tampines interchange. Merged with services 21 and 67 in 1994.
Service 5: Plied between Bt Panjang terminal and Lor 1 Geylang terminal. Route was amended in 1993/1994 to ply River Valley Rd, Delta Rd, Alexandra Rd instead of Havelock Rd, Ganges Ave, Alexandra Rd, Lower Delta Rd, Tiong Bahru Rd. Deleted Sector now covered by SBST64. It was amended again in 1997 to ply St Michael's Estate instead of the entire stretch of Balestier Rd. It was amended again on 20th Jun 2003 to ply Serangoon Rd, Boon Keng Rd, Bendemeer Rd to serve Boon Keng MRT Stn instead of using Lavender St.
140: Plied between Toa Payoh and Shenton Way in the 60s and 70s. Withdrawn during the NSL Rationalisation. Withdrawn sector is now mostly covered by SBST143.
142: Plied between Toa Payoh & Potong Pasir Estate. No Route Change since 1993.
143: Plied between Toa Payoh & Teban Gdns. Route was amended on 12th May 2002 to ply West Coast Rd, Teban Gdns Rd, Jurong Town Hall Rd instead of Pandan Gdns, Jurong Town Hall Rd, Teban Gdns Rd, West Coast Rd when SBST331 was withdrawn. That was also the same day that Penjuru Depot was closed and 143 was extended to Jurong East Int. It was amended again in early 2003 to serve both Pandan Gdns and Teban Gdns before going towards Jurong East Interchange.
145: Plied between Toa Payoh & Buona Vista. No route change since 1993.
147: Plied between Jurong East & Upp Serangoon Terminal in 1993 via Jurong East Central, Boon Lay Way & Commonwealth Ave West. It was amended in 1994 to terminate at Hougang Central when the latter opened. It was also cut short to Clementi in the same period. Route was amended again in 1999 to ply Prinsep St instead of Waterloo St and Middle Rd.
149: Plied between Toa Payoh & Changi Airport via SBST31's route to Marine Parade, Siglap Link, ECP. Route was integrated with SBS31 to form the current SBST31. Deleted sector was covered by SBS16.
151: Introduced in 1993/1994 to ply between Hougang South & Kent Ridge. It was amended on 15th Feb 2004 to ply via Hougang Ave 7/5 enroute to Hougang Central when Hougang South closed down.
152: Plied between Toa Payoh & Bedok. It was integrated with SBS28 on 29th Oct 2000 to form SBST28. The integrated SBST28 was amended again on 29th March 2003 to ply Tampines St 32/34/45 instead of Tampines Ave 2/9.

There's a bit more about 131. At first from Balestier Rd - Anson Rd, correct. There was a terminal at Balestier Rd, then. When this terminal closed in 1981, it became a loop service from Anson Rd - Balestier Rd. In 1984, it stopped going to Balestier Rd and looped at Rangoon Rd instead. When Anson Rd terminal closed in 1985 it started from Prince Edward terminal. When Prince Edward closed in 1988, it moved to Shenton Way. 131's route was affected by the CTE tunnel so in 1992, it was extended to end at St Michael's. Service 162: Loop service which plied between Ang Mo Kio interchange and Lor 1 Geylang. Withdrawn in 1990. Re-introduced in Feb 2001, plying semi-express between Yio Chu Kang terminal and Shenton Way terminal, while service 162X loop at Marina Centre. A few months later, called at all stops along the route and service 162X Saturdays first bus departure time was brought forward to afternoon.
Service 163: Plied between Jln Kayu terminal and World Trade Centre terminal. Service 169: Plied between Ang Mo Kio interchange and Woodlands interchange. Amended to Woodlands Regional interchange via Woodlands Ave 8, Ave 9 and Ave 2 in Feb 1996. Amended into Yishun town via Yishun Ave 3 and Ave 2, and amended to ply Admiralty Rd East and Sembawang Rd instead of Canberra Rd, when merged with service 857 in March 1996. -
