  For May 2004, our focus is on The Transportation Industry. Our special guest is Mr Roland Yeo, Assistant Director of SBS Transit Ltd, who will share with us the various aspects surrounding this Industry.
  
  With 12 years of experience in public transportation, Roland's expertise covers the strategic planning of routes as well as executing operational policies at ground level. He was a key team member responsible for obtaining the ISO 9001 Certification for SBS Transit. As their Assistant Director, he is responsible for customer service delivery and bus service recovery arising from major disruptions. He holds a Master of Science in Transport from the Institute for Transport Studies, University of Leeds.

  Although the speaker is from SBST, but I guess the main focus will be on the general public transport industry and not SBST itself.
  
  If I'm not wrong, you have to register to attend the event. (I'm not very sure about this.)

  If you are a member of JobStreet.com, you only need to register. If you are not, you can become a member by signing up a free account at jobstreet.com.sg. If you do not wish to, then you need a member to bring you along as a guest. The last day of registration seems to be over, but still can try.
