Service 12
Only has a single permanent single decker, a Mk4 DM3500, and the rest are all Volvo Olympians.

Cheers and warm regards
Oh yes, thanks bro. It is SBS2721R. Come to think of it again, that 28XX bus is actually on Service 10. Thanks again!Originally posted by delonchew:Dude, it's SBS2721R, the one with the Cathay Pacific ads.
Service 161 has only 4 DDs. That makes up less than 50% of the fleet.Originally posted by BlessingSatan:Don't forget the 0405s,MK2s & MK3s on sv 51
Svs 161 too do had majority DDs right?
I was the oneOriginally posted by off_service:Service 168's fleet consists of 6 DDs and 5 SDs.
Someone mentioned in other post that service 168 should have full DD (I can't find the thread, can the kind soul identify yourself or tell me the thread?). On Oct 27 2003, SBS Transit did try out a full DD fleet for service 168, but apparently it failed.
Originally posted by leeJZ:I think Sv. 174 has only six LO3X. Definitely not more than the O405s.
Service 2
Its small permanent fleet is made up of solely Volvo Olympian 3-Axle, the majority of its operating fleet is made of cameos and spares, so it often gets Mk3s but Olympians are still the majority.
Service 10
Vast majority of its fleet made up of Leylands with a few Volvo Olympians and Mk4 DMs / Striders.
Service 12
Only has a single permanent single decker, a Mk4 DM3500, and the rest are all Volvo Olympians.
Service 14
Volvo Olympians are prominent.
Service 23
Has about two permanent Mk4s, the rest are all Volvo Olympians.
Service 30
It has more Leyland / Volvo Olympians than O405s.
Service 31
Mostly Volvo Olympians with several Super Olympians and Mk3s.
Service 51
Large numbers of Volvo / Leyland Olympians and a few Tridents with smaller numbers of Mk4s.
Service 65
Can spot those Volvo DDs everywhere, with a few scattered Mk3s.
Service 72
Those Leyland Olympians and Super Olympians make up the bulk of the fleet, with a fair number of O405s and a small number of Mk4s.
Service 74
Volvo Olympian 3 & 2 axles galour!
Service 88
Mostly Volvo Olympians with a few O405s and Mk4s.
Service 97
Permanent fleet is all-Leyland Olympian 3-Axles.
Service 98
Good number of double-decks.
Service 99
Huge numbers of Volvo Olympians.
Service 107
Dunno why SBS keeps it majority VOs when demand is not very high.
Service 111
Mostly Volvo Olympians and a few Mk4 Striders.
Service 133
Full of Super Olympians & Leyland Olympians.
Service 143
Those Leyland Olympians easily outnumber the Benzes.
Service 153
I think slightly more VOs than Mk4s.
Service 154
Good number of Volvo / Leyland Olympians.
Service 165
Large numbers of Volvo Olympians.
Service 166
More Olympians than Merz / Mk4 Striders I suppose.
Service 168
Slightly more Volvo DDs than Mk4s.
Service 174
Large numbers of Leylands which outnumber a fairly large O405 fleet.
Service 196
Those Volvo Olympians easily outnumber the small number of Mk4s.
Service 198
Volvo Olympians everywhere and no single deckers in sight.
Most of the JIS services are full VO 2x ?
I show you the perm list then u can continue arguing your point.Originally posted by leeJZ:I do not think Sv 25 has majority DD, it has tons of Merz, 9 Super Olympians, and several Leylands only.
Ya,25 do have a lot of DDs than SDs.Originally posted by service_238:I show you the perm list then u can continue arguing your point.![]()
Maybe it just happens that you seem to see SD 25 more often than DD 25.

It would be hard for SBST to do so as many other services have additional DDs added in during weekends.Originally posted by leeJZ:I was the one
Sv 168 / Sv 161 should then perhaps have full DD fleet during peak hours / on weekends as the DDs go out 100% seating and the SDs with plenty standing. It should be like Sv 969, on weekends it has a majority bendy fleet.
Most industrial services are full DD fleet, except some like sv 252.Originally posted by ula_man:What about the Jurong Industrial services, those 24x and 25x services? A lot of those SBS 72xx buses have been transferred from BN to the SLBP. Are these DD used to ply these industrial services, or a mixture of DD and single-decks?

Yes. If I'm not wrong only 1 VSO will operate through the operating hours. VSOs leaving Ang Mo Kio Int after 6.30pm usually will end their day at Bedok Int, VSOs reaching Ang Mo Kio Int after 7 plus pm will end their day after that.Originally posted by foxtrot1985:Qutie a number of VSOs usually hibernate at AMK Depot towards the end of the day (evening) and during weekends.
