If I remember, only 8 LO 3-axles adorned the Magnolia ads, ie SBS9003-SBS9009. These buses also sported different sizes of the Superbus logos and pasted at different parts over at the rear section. SBS9000S had the Superbus logo, the one usually seen at the upper windscreen, pasted at the back while SBS9001P had the smaller Superbus logo pasted nearer to the 2 red stripes. I wish the livery to exist, immortalized on at least one of the Superbuses.

I remember a 132 Leyland had a cartoonish washing machine ad in early 1990s.
Then there was also an Axe Oil ad on another 132 Leyland.
I'm pretty sure that SBS7089A of 74 had an ABC beer ad. -

I remember seeing a purple-red colour ad on an atlantean. It resembles the SBS Transit livery
. I saw it in the SG bus handbook. i was quite shocked. -
1994: The special one and only Traffic Police ad on SBS 9188 J, then service 166 bus.
If I'm not wrong, this bus entered service later than the other LOs due to the ad. Anyone can confirm? -
It's not the Atlantean. It was SBS7118A, a Leyland Olympian 2-axle bus, pictured serving Service 7 with ad promoting "Scandals @ Westin Stamford". I vividly remember a very weird advertisement on DDs back in 1992. On one side there were words like "I SEE", "I HEAR", "I LIKE" etc. and on the other side were the words "NOW U CAN" with a big red letter U. I was scrathing my head trying to figure out what it was all about. It was not until much, much later that the words "PANASONIC - NOW U CAN" came out. Geez.
And who can forget the "CARRIER MAN CAN" ad. This ad was the first to be painted wholly on a single-deck bus. There were 2 buses, I think which had this. One was a Scania on sv. 16 and the other was a Mk-II B10M on sv. 174. These 2 buses created such a confusion that it was featured in the papers. People thought they weren't SBS buses and so didn't take them. That is why the front of today's buses were left unpainted.
On Atlanteans, there was one ad I liked which was for MAS. It had the caption "We're going to Kuching, are you?" and had lots of cute cats on it. (Kuching is Malay for cat). Another one I liked was a blue ad for ESSO which had a picture of a tiger.
The B10MD was painted a couple of times. Once, it's bottom half was light blue and the top half was white. It was for celebrating Singapore's 25 Years of Nation Building cum Volvo's 50th Anniversary. Another time it was black and white emphasizing that "Transport Is Vital - SBS Makes The Difference". Then it was all black with an ad for "Sony Trinitron". The last time I saw it, it was red and white for "Indocafe". -

Hmm the sv 16 Scania is SBS 3645X.
There is a Tiger Beer ad which changes a gold medal to a globe whenever the bus turns left or right in the 90s.
Sadly i feel that those ads in the late 80s werent very creative,i can remember POSB bank ad with just 3 tellers smiling at you.
There were those black ads which says "Don't Tailgate" and other mottos by the Traffic Police. Also the GST Hike ad,Safety Mark ad, The Fight Aids ad came in different forms: white characters in red background,a girl clothes' button was almost removed by a pair of hands. ICI advertised with various pots of coloured paints, and also a Sphinx of Egypt.
SBS 3629T bears a full yellow Shell F1 racing car -

I stilll remember when SBS 9141 T came into sv on Sv 133, it had a full NTUC Ad. White background, with NTUC as watermark. SBS 9070 P had a Phillips Savvy Handphone ad. Quite a cool one. M1 Saltibanco - black background with a clown on the bus. -
