ok ula_man... here's what i did...
when u first post the clue i dun even know what on earth are you talking abt then i started looking at the circus... of which i know newton circus and suntec city one and stadium one.. nv thought of amber circus.. duno why also.. those 3 instantly came to my mind.. then i tried figuring out the bomb shelter.. with your answer i concluded dhoby ghaut is one of them. the other could be somerset..
And with this assumption you changed buses, your destination was singapore pools hq.. then i thought of winsland hse which i come across on the st directory. then i thought 700A.
REplied with 2 alternatives. Of which i found both wrong.. but i hope its correct to a certain extent.
Today check back... u said one of my destination was right. I was thinking of winsland house. Then i thought 700A.. sounds weird..
Then i back track all the way from there according to the order of clues given. Bus 36. Left with 1390.. I assumed its between PTB2 and Mandarin Gdns... didnt know at first until i see 1390 on the st directory. laughers..

Here's an easy one, so there! Name the service, the direction of the service and the bus stop I boarded and alighted from.
1. I boarded at where there are drilling and construction going on.
2. Plastic bags and fellow students crowd me as the bus zooms non-stop past several stations.
3. In between these bus stops one of the SMRT Train Depots is clearly visible.
4. Before the station where I saw the depot, my brother service joins me heading for the same terminal destination.
5. The bus then turns off a junction, then joining the Highway.
6. Upon turning off the highway to the flyover, I see a new, reputable school under construction on my left.
7. The bus turns right, and I get off and walk into this huge campus. -
