the buses will not call at the usual busstop stop
will stop opp 892c

i m not too sure abt the details . i got no time to read fully the poster because bus as reach berth.

Route diversion
from mon31may to sun6june ,there will be road works on woodlands ave 2/7........ .901,912,962 will call at busstop opp blk 892c then go along woodlands ave 5 before turning into the interchange .
I think service 168&161 will be affected too but information about them is not stated as they are SBSTransit services.

Are you sure it's whole? I found out at AMK Int that 169 and 903 are involved on 9 June - 13 June. Other services too. Basically, all services around Woodlands Ave 2 are affected.

the service diversion concerned is to be conducted in 2 phases. the road to be closed is the entrance & exit into WRI from Aves 2/7.

in the first phase (mon, 31st may to sun, 6th jun), the entrance into WRI will be affected. 901, 912 & 962 will be diverted to enter via Aves 3/5 by plying via Aves 2 & 5.

in the second phase (mon, 7th jun to sat, 13th jun), the exit from WRI will be affected. 169 & 903 will be diverted to exit via Ave 3/5 and ply along Ave 5. 900, 911, 913, 858, 964, 965, 969 will be diverted to exit via Ave 3/5 and ply along Aves 5 & 2.

i'm not too sure regarding the route to be taken but i'm clear about the change of entrances & exits. a detailed copy of the internal press release & map is pasted & available for all at amk int control office.

today i took 912(from WoodlandsRingRd) to WRI
...the bus go straight along ave2 then turn at ave 5 then turn into interchange
....the bus made a U-turn in the interchange then alight ...i saw 168 doing the same thing too
....the turning(Ave2/7) into WRI was occupied by construction equipment
what are the doing ??Upgrrading the turning so that bendies can turn in much easier.??

It seems like this is the first time SBS Transit did not publish a press release in it's webpage about the temporary change.

So I suppose the 5 services skipped the pair of bus stops along Woodlands Ave 2?

Which busstop? i suppose u are refering to the busstop which is used for 903,169.......The bus skipped them and the busstop at ave 5(used by178,913)

sbstransit do not need to publish because the bus will still ply the same busstops only the route is slighty longer......infact smrt do not need to publish too..
