The room for improvement on the current services,Do the bus operators need to change it old buses to low/no steps,Bus/Service captain attitudes,Train/LRT service,Which svs do you think need to beef up its frequencies.

I'm actually quite satisfied with our public transport services, but not very pleased with NEL phase 3 ratz and withdrawal of Sv. 989.

slow(50% of buses) and long-winded...
hope they can make some express services out of the trunk service at certain times.
Eg.

dun noe y bus companies dun review shedule when they noe that the journey times for buses can be faster and the drivers have to follow it accordingly drive slowlyyy if ahead of shedule .If i m not wrong sbst drivers would be penalised if they are earier than shedule.
eg. i took 911 , when traffic light just become green, the driver drive so slow until it turns red
i thought with the increase of speed limit from 50-60km/h and using ezlink card which speeds up boarding.....the bus ride today should b faster than in the past .. but this is not so
the mrt are quite fast but i prefer taking buses ...........
....maybeee smrt could be making the buses move very slowly so as to make people take the train.. -
err..trains also go slow nowadays leh

ZYX has harsh opninons on tansport services..so dun take it to heart

sbs transhit - the imcomepetent bus company which naay how withdraws routes and makes a big mess of sengkang and hougang.
this bus operator could have brought in more modern buses. with the likes of the mark 2s leaving, this hopeless bus operator has not even updated its bsues model lsit since 1999. yes the VSO is a 1999 model of bus and built on some 1999ish chasis.
hoping for some nice stuff form sbs soon. better not disappoint wiht high floor buses.
buying mark 3s was a huge mistake. so were the mark 4s.
the 2000 series vo3x ie 96xx could ahd bene VSo already....
i have lot os gudges with this bus company now..espically with its long waiiting times..
TIBS
this bus operator fared well in bringing in real cool buses. the latest being the habit bodrwork merc habits.
in 2004 volvo b7Rs are new in UK wiht this bodywork. very proud of habits.
however TIBS could ahve brought in better zero step bsuses toher than its scania ELBos which had a step at the rear exit. i have never seen any bus wiht a zero step entrance and a one step rear exit.
TIBS bus waiting times at night is horrendous. lolz
overall TIBS rocks!!!!
SMRT
trian services are fast but the waits are long on both TIBS train services and SBS. the NEL is worse it is more expensive. still nothing to complain since u could waste more bukcs on trian rides if u go voerseas
our fares are deemd very low indeed

To each his own ZYX,But you mustn't forget that SBST is a big bus company in SG,Maintenance and purchasing issue are big problems to them compared with SMRT Buses which is totally CBU.
About Northeast lines they really had no choice as demands from PTC
Things will be different if SMRT won the NEL tender and SBST had won the CCL,Correct? -
