WhY nOt extendin Svc. 119 tO PotonG Pasir instead of looping at hougang st 21 ?? wouldnt it better ? serve more ppl as 119 is more of a school bus service for students studying at hougang sengkang area... Most of the students are also those stayin iN Upp serangoon Rd area after Kovan MRt.. wouldnt it be better this way ?

I'm new here, but then if I were to have a bus company, I'll cater for short routes and feeder services which did not serve certain areas well. Best still, I'll have a route that goes to JB via 2nd Link. Also as a student (soon to graduate from a junior college), like to have novelty routes for a cluster of schools.
My routes shall prefix with XY__:
XY001: (Bishan North Student shuttle)
Bishan Int - Bishan Road (opp Bishan MRT) - St 22 (Catholic High School) - St 23 (Whitley Secondary School*) - St 22 (Bishan North Shopping Mall) - Loop at end of St 22 - St 22 (opp Shop Mall) - St 22 (Catholic High) - St 14 (Bishan Sports Complex) - Bishan Int
*Will make a special loop into St 23 from St 22, then turn out
This service aims to help ease the morning traffic jam at St 22 because parents of the 2 schools tend to jam up the road! Can board from MRT station.

hmmm.. Why Not Start a 147X.. ?? skipping some parts of the route.. like Yio ChuKang Rd.. hmmm.. and.. skipping Bendemeer Rd.. this way.. it will at least ease the load of 147 during the rush hour.. this way, we can also make a come back for Rapid Bus...
