The road you mentioned is Upp Ayer Rajah Rd (between Clementi Rd and Jurong Town Hall Rd). Ayer Rajah Rd was from Clementi Rd to Alexandra Rd. Back to topic...keep 38 as it provides Tampines residents with a direct link to Expo
People dun really mind about the winding part in Simei because it is not really not that long, and yes, Tampines residents would be crazy to use the MRT to get to the Expo because it is like going 2 stops ahead then going back 1 and the Expo station location makes you walk a much longer distance than the busstops on Upp Changi Rd East -

How about sv 18?Does it need to reroute or looping somewhere else,Frankly speaking it is almost redundant service.
Sv 135 should terminate at Upp East Coast IMO.
Sv 61& 961 should shortened or ply some expressway to its route,I don't mind if the long journey is almost straight rather than winding ones.
Sv 51 No comments after the extension to Hougang Central.But too long and winding though.
Sv 68 Should extends its operation hours.
Sv 63 should cut short to Bt Merah Inter,So possibility of deploying DDs.Bt Merah can amended or introduced a svs to Rumah Tinggi.
Sv 11 needs to reroute to ply Kg Ubi Industrial Estates via Geylang East.
Sv 502 need to ply expressway. -

Connecting to other parts of BDK : 8 15 21 22 23 65 = 6 services

Service 23 should go deeper into the city, for example loop at Stamford Rd and turn back via Selegie Rd.

From Tampines to other parts of singapore except the north east and far north, services still need to go past Bedok mahz... easy logic... same for Ang Mo Kio and Serangoon.. 22 24 70 76 133 135 136 connects the AMK - SGN market.
