as for CLE shuttles, they are obliged to stop & allow alighting at Bt Timah Rd (Sixth Ave Ctr) on their way to CLE, and stop & allow boarding at Dunearn Rd (Opp Sixth Ave Ctr).
i'm expecting a loop service along the stretch of bt timah rd/dunearn rd, stopping at every bus stop. fyi, they had experimented with 2 such services (all day svcs) about a year ago, one looping at jln jurong kechil (toh yi drive) & another at bt panjang pending lrt station, using (coincidentally) Comfort buses.
But in any case, passengers still could board the minibus. Correct. CLE shuttles will stop if pax hail them from opp Sixth Ave Center. To alight at Sixth Ave Ctr, one must press the bell.
