NEL Train Enquiry

  Hi guys. I am curious about the following with regards to NEL:
  
  1) After operation hours, sometimes I see staff in the trains of the last train. So after the last train the train will go back to depot automatically or..?
  
  2) There was a time I happen to lean against the doors of the NEL Trains and so happen that I pushed the door and it opened a bit. Anybody encountered this too?
  
  3) Anyone has pictures of NEL depots or any special sightings?

  1. yes, it will go back to sengkang depot. note that this last train is automatically pre-programmed to go back by the Operations Control Centre (OCC). the 2 entrances to the depot are at southbound crossover after SKG and northbound crossover just before BKK.
  
  2. it is most probably the sensor detecting that someone is preventing the door from closing and thus it will open a bit to allow that someone some space to move clear of the door before attempting to close the door fully.
