Hi, 238Originally posted by service_238:A thread of a similiar topic has appeared here before.
Swing means the driver is technically off from this time to that time. During which, he can go home and have lunch before coming out for his afternoon rounds.
SWING is indicated in drivers who are doing split shift. Crossover service drivers also do split shift.
hi there carbikebus, can i ask u something? what shift are the BCs who drive the EBs on? coz its like the EBs ferry those BCs on the last shift back home...Originally posted by carbikebus:Ok let me clear the shift timetable of SBST BC
Shift A>6AM-2.30PM
Shift B>2.30PM-Midnight
Shift S>6.30AM-10.30AM;2.30PM-6.30PM
Shift E>6.30AM-9.30AM;12PM-7PM
Shift T>6.30AM-8PM (Chinese BC called this "Sa Soo Koo" 3 quarter)![]()
Hmm,That's a special request shift by BCs,Usually they start work @ 3.00am-6.00am and 12am-2am,Usually they will head home in between as this is only a selected deployment of certain BCs.Originally posted by gynobcard:hi there carbikebus, can i ask u something? what shift are the BCs who drive the EBs on? coz its like the EBs ferry those BCs on the last shift back home...

There are lots of other terms, like 23S, 4E, 3B etc. All can be found on timesheet.Originally posted by sbst275:Not just using A, there are also other coding. I just get mixed up.
Then if my 238 timesheet says 11P, does this also mean that its the 11th Bus of the evening shift?Originally posted by SBS9818A:That's used on the duty codes too, right? For example duty code "4A" means fourth bus of shift A, correct?
S is very misunderstood, can mean Saturday or Swing (Peak hr)Originally posted by service_238:Then if my 238 timesheet says 11P, does this also mean that its the 11th Bus of the evening shift?![]()
