as for bus 103 tis freq really sucks. the ideal freq had to be 4 mins per bus 9at least for 103E) and 24 mins per 103W...
as for 518 the idieal freq is 12 mins per bus not 20 mins on weekends...

23 is hit or miss...waited a few times 15-20 min and also 5~ min
26...good demand from TPY - Geylang...and waited for it twice for 20+ min before
28 has quite high demand up till Paya Lebar Rd, should increase its freq abit (but maybe its 7 VSOs make up for it? but still got quite some Mk3s)
29 with its lousy BNDEP Scania OACs (vibrating, lousy aircon, and loud unlike that enjoyable AMDEP Scania CACs on 70 & 410) and lousy freq...at most 10min during peak, 15min during off peak, up to 20min during night time...
38...overloaded often because mainly filled with Simei residents...SBST still prefers to dispatch sv 18 more although 38 is higher demand...ratio is about 3 sv 18s for 2 sv 38s.
