Volvo
All Volvo CNG buses are listed as "Euro 3" emission standard in their specifications but the 2 Volvo B10BLE-CNG demonstrators are already Euro-4 and granted ARF exemptions by LTA for having met stringent emission standards.

Volvo Super Olympian is listed as "Euro 3" emission standard in their specifications. So are they Euro 3 or Euro 4, since they are bought so recently? And it's quite unbelievable a bus with an engine that sounds like a "vacumn cleaner" is so clean. If it's Euro 4 it'll be quite impressive.

DesignLine Electric Hybrid City "Shuttle" Bus
it should be noted that current diesel buses can be retrofitted with a CNG engine.

it is noted in some reports that CNG buses consume more fuel due to it being 700kg heavier (estimation) than its Euro III diesel counterparts, and that CNG engines are 10%-15% less efficient than diesel engines though they are cleaner. that could explain why SBST mentioned that the 2 Volvo CNG buses costs 30% more to operate.
