  They are still being used... Not that much as an average bus stop

  I guess you are referring to the 1st stop (opposite ex Serangoon Fire Station). The 2nd stop (outside Blk 54) has more people. I remembered years ago some people at this stop were killed by a reckless driver, when the car lost control and crashed into the bus shelter.
