It seems to me that they are very willing to keep their promises to their passengers, 60 mins means 60 mins. -
This has been the way since service 385 days. I believe the most apparent reason is the fare difference from boarding from interchange and first stop. I didn't mention about Ave 8 area. You are right, I seldom go down to Serangoon Int, I only take 147 pass by there. It looked like a ghost town only in weeknights and weekends, not all the time like ghost town. -

I think that service 25 and 854 ply the same route from Hougang Avenue 2 to Bedok. Maybe they can change the route of one service either 25 or 854

Although they ply the same route, please note that they serve different sectors, sv25 to AMK, sv854 to Yis. Note tt sv854 brings commuters to YCK, HGN industrial & residential estate from YIs. It is an invaluable svc and also very quick. PLEASE do not make any recommendation to amend any route unless there is a real valid reason to do so. I do agree that NEL helps to shorten the traveling time. One of the reason why people dislike about the NEL rationalisation is that there more transfer trips, it a hassle and with all the waiting time for the transfer, one does not gain much form taking NEL, even though we have to pay more. Talking about going to Chinatown. I disagree with you that a faster alternative is to take to Hougang Central and tansfer NEL. It actually depends on where the commuter stays & his/her preferences. If he feels that the trip to SGN station is smoother[lesser traffic lights or bus loading], he will utilise SGN. On the other hand the commuter might feel that by taking NEL to HGN stn, he/she will be able to get a seat and have a nap or the trip to HGN stn from where they are staying is shorter. Why is it that bus 151 is largely a non air-con bus service now? Its torture having to sit in the poorly maintained, noisy, hot and bumpy bus (suspensions seem like they're not doing their job anymore) after a day of school. Can't they convert it back to an air-con service again? I'm sure all schools along bukit timah road and also students from nus will be happy to pay more to have a more comfortable ride home.
Totally disgusted that SBS didn't put into consideration that the bus would be travelling along the paya lebar area (very very polluted and under going construction) and also passing through parts of PIE (another heavy traffic area) The SBS feedbackservice on the net is so user unfriendly and cumbersome to fill in. Can't anything be done about it? -
sv151 is a partial air-con sv due to complaints by students from NUS who REFUSE to pay more for rides many years back. SBST did take into account of what you have written but they have LISTENED to the majority of sv151 commuters, ie why sv151 is mainly Non Aircon bus. besides sv154 is more or less parallel with sv151. I will like to complain abt the frequency for feeder svc 920 in Bt Panjang..
Previously, before all the nonsence UD Buses tat were transfered from CSS came, svc 920 has a better frequency, with the 3 MB Buses around.. But now when these nonsence craps came in, svc 920's frequency started to become longer.. Most of the time nowadays svc 920 only deploy 2 UD buses instead of the usual 3 MB Buses last time.. I dun even have to complain abt how lousy the UD buses can be.. I juz need to complain abt the frequency of the svc and because of tat, the UD buses are sometimes very packed in the afternoon when the students are dismissed from the schools nearby, and it makes the UD buses so hot & stuffy, especially the CAC UD Buses tat serves svc 920 routes before i.e TIB 1248 D to TIB 1253 M.. Anyone here has any idea why svc 920 is getting more and more lousier? Both the bus model and the frequency all lousy like hell man!!!
