So does it stop along the way in Singapore?Originally posted by ^tamago^:no. i saw the route details.
anyway, for svc 160's approved route details, it is supposed to be a loop svc so u shld pay $1.70 (in cash) taking a ride from jurong east to kota raya then back to jurong east. but apparently the svc is not loop.
During the off peak bet 1100 - 1400, the buses kee siao. When the bus haven't even left TAP Int, another one that is empty is closely behind. Frequency is 0-4 mins. It is still carrying on today.Originally posted by service_238:i would like to know what are the strange things that is happening on 238.![]()
u seriously need to think before you post.Originally posted by sbst275:So does it stop along the way in Singapore?
Seriously, which express bus wants to charge normal fares? And please, I WON't BE writing this if it was an express fare.Originally posted by gynobcard:u seriously need to think before you post.
It's just a minor error on the driver's part.Originally posted by sbst275:Seriously, which express bus wants to charge normal fares? And please, I WON't BE writing this if it was an express fare.
At BBT, 189 EDS is wrong. Direction towards Kent Ridge shows "Bukit Batok Int" while return direction shows "Kent Ridge Terminal"
No, on its way back to Jurong East it makes stops in Manila, Kuala Lumpur, London, Zurich and Tokyo.Originally posted by sbst275:So does it stop along the way in Singapore?
It's not kee siao. It's called COPING WITH SCHOOL LOADS.Originally posted by sbst275:During the off peak bet 1100 - 1400, the buses kee siao. When the bus haven't even left TAP Int, another one that is empty is closely behind. Frequency is 0-4 mins. It is still carrying on today.
Strange, only 238 frequency is breefed up at TAP. 235 frequency failed the frequency standards.
Firstly, your question is skewed. If it does not stop along the way in Singapore, it shouldn't be calling and terminating at Jurong East Interchange, which is in SINGAPORE.Originally posted by sbst275:Seriously, which express bus wants to charge normal fares? After timesheet review in early-mid Aug, 231 fleet drop by 2, 232 fleet drop by 1, 235 fleet drop by 1, 238 fleet gain by 1.Originally posted by sbst275:During the off peak bet 1100 - 1400, the buses kee siao. haha good one.. cos TPY feeders never had any rectangular side destos. however with less merz in bram maybe it might happen.Originally posted by Airbus330Captain:I was wondering has any of the toa payoh feeder services ever had volvo mark 4s as cameos ?
In the 1st place, was I talking abt SBS JB svs? I WAS TALKING ABT CW2Originally posted by gynobcard:Firstly, your question is skewed. If it does not stop along the way in Singapore, it shouldn't be calling and terminating at Jurong East Interchange, which is in SINGAPORE.
Secondly, 160 is not Singapore-Johore express. The publicity materials have already explicitly stated that pax can transfer to 160 / 170 @ KRJ MRT to go to JB. I ask you - is Kranji Station in Singapore?
Pls, I wont be bothered to argue with you if not for the fact that your posts are ludicrous. waste of my time and grey matter.
In the first place, did you make even the slightest mention about CW2? Before you edit your post so you "appear" innocent, you posted :Originally posted by sbst275:In the 1st place, was I talking abt SBS JB svs? I WAS TALKING ABT CW2
You reply is DIRECTLY in response to Sv. 160, NOT CW2. You must be quite sad if you can't make a clear distinction between CW2 and Sv. 160Originally posted by sbst275:quote:

inside 1257C, the main differences compared to a Tibs UMW Lance is that it has 2 magnetic farecard validators, grey panels on the side of doors (like PA Lances) & green hispano-style bus stopping signs. The bus looks new with new flooring (i think) and seems very unused in its days on 608. but no pax seem to be amazed by this 'new' bus, they thought it was just another Lance on 852. the driver (K S Toh, a 852 perm driver) i spoke to said the bus "is hopping around", thus it is a SP. i was really lucky. i thought i'd have to chase it down 851 when it came to me instead on my way home on 852 *blessed*. this bus replaces the 436J slot. the last known location of this bus is Yio Chu Kang MRT (Yishun) at 19:10.137R on 162 (am sp)
429Z on 162 (am sp but has 76 sticker - ex-76?)
recently a lot of O.405 began appearing on svc 162. i asked the drivers wat happened to them and the answer i got was they are shifting the buses around, but he thinks the Mark 4's will be back soon. apparently for the whole of today, i have not seen a single Mk 4 on 162 buses tat i saw.[/b]
