This means like at IF Nth Buona Vista Rd. Sv 91 and 191 are NAC. Passengers will feel cheated that no aircon buses are deployed as there are aircon fares "stated" for all services -

Which roads with ADSHEL BS do not have such guides as yet? Good if exact location is stated -
I totally have no issue with this. however, there is another problem at some bus stops with thin transparent panels inside the bus stops used for service information. before, they will use all two to display the information, one by service & fares, the other by road name. now, adshel decides to use one of the panels for their own advertisements to attract more revenue, and one of the information sheet is "banished" to the back, leading to some commuters having to ask around for directions if the service happens "not to be listed", and no one actually found the information hiding, literally, behind their back. and if it's raining, they may have to stand partially or fully out in the rain to read the information. also, they may not be able to see if any of the buses they may want to take have arrived while reading behind those panels.

In fact, the BS Opp RTC, the service guide has been blocked by a ADSHEL Ad

dun think so, unless they come up in large numbers, and even then commuters would have re-orientated themselves to it. -

What's more, if say someone who is a general public and not a member here, will have problems complaining to SBST regarding "this" as they say "Not my prob mah, who asked you to think so?"
You are going to get angry and unhappy customers
Can't you look at general public's perpective regarding this issue? It has been a headache to SBST already -

in addition, the services mentioned here are short-distance services so non air-con should never be a major issue since their travelling time on the bus is short. also, these services cater mainly to workers or residents who stay or work at the small area served by the services and they will know if it is an air-con or non air-con service since they have taken it long enough.
also, since u have stated the buses were listed as NAC, there is nothing wrong with the information listed in the board.
