i enjoys bus rides, can enjoys the nice scenaries...
however find it rather slow.
what if we have some bus routes that hit the expressway right after departuring from the interchanges...
eg. from...
tamp - jurong
tamp - woodlands
tamp - raffles place
express buses...n i mean real express with minimum stops.
wouldnt that be good... -

23 Tampines - Rochor Canal Rd (loop). Express between Bedok Nth Rd and Jln Kolam Ayer.
161 Hougang Central to Woodlands. Express between Punggol Rd and Woodlands Ave 2.
857 Yishun - Marina Centre (loop). Express between Yio Chu Kang Rd and Jln Toa Payoh.
985 Choa Chu Kang to Lor 1 Geylang. Express between Jln Jurong Kechil/Jln Anak Bt and Whitley Rd. -

LTA originally has proposed to build the North Coast MRT line, which will links the north and the east via the north-east. But now it is not feasible due to under-developed areas along the route and so the bus companies were allowed to introduce routes like services 39, 161, 168, 858, 969 between these areas via the expressways. -
