  For accidents, yes, they should slow down.
  
  For suicide, I don't think they'll be able to help. If people can't die on the tracks, they'll die elsewhere.

  Where got? All PutraLine Elevated stations have no railings. Same for StarLine. Do you mean KL monorail?
