regarding senoko, u have to think of female factory workers who do not use bikes. there are males who use bikes work in construction sites in singapore which happen to be scattered everywhere in singapore also.
950 scores on providing a convenient and direct link between woodlands regional centre & woodlands checkpoint, and also to kota raya. i've seen the route details board at woodlands int and from WRI to kotaraya, it costs $0.83 by ez-link card w/o rebates. -
Quite true. But at Senoko, you can see that not many take buses, you go see the tons of Malaysian motorbikes there... You know the term "tong pang?, many does that actually. Ya la, but the frequency at Kranji during peak is 1 - 4 mins while 950 is 7 - 15 mins. Frequency still cannot match. I would rather wait at Kranji when there are more buses now.
Actually, staff at SMRT are not keen as the diffuiculity to get passengers over to WRI when there is no "safety net" of other services. When I called and later told to regret that I can't use this way, they were understandable. -

They launch the buses as of the more schools coming up such as sports school.
1) What reason is this? Most have the Malaysian buses
2) Sports School? It is only for Singaporeans or PR only

anyway i believe the repainting will be done progressively so both SMRTB and TIBS livery buses will co-exist in JB on launch date.

Just checked Transitlink e guide...
Total fare stage is 8... But the fare stage jump is very faster. 1.5 from Kota Raya to JB Checkpoint... 1.5 across Causeway... Jump very fast...
