VLS Phase 3 for SMRTB has already started on 5/9 quietly, for svcs 856, 960 & 963. Interesting why they decided not to release a press release to announce this. Only a circular remains on the boards at the toilet alley. I wonder if SBST is doing the same thing given the silence.
I won't be too surprised if SBS also implemented VLS 3 in silence.
