it appears Triton has some intra-JB svcs going around, like 501, 502 & 503. i never seen them 4 days ago and now the Dennis buses are popping out all over JB. i used to only see them in KL.
fyi CCK & Yew Tee doesn't have itOriginally posted by sbst275:No wonder it is not popular now, it is more expensive
BTW, who wants to go to Woodlands Checkpoint nia?
Anyway, 950 loading is not that good as SBS
tamago, not just YCK, YIS or WDL... Entire NSL got SBS poster on their better service
Because got 160 at the bordersOriginally posted by cck_190:fyi CCK & Yew Tee doesn't have it![]()
Remember the Government proposal to KTMB to shift their Tanjong Pagar Station to Kranji? A bus terminal might be build there, something like Kranji Transportation Hub. Although this was not mentioned in the papers, it might just happened.Originally posted by sBs_boy:Why donT LTA built a Bus Terminal At kranji ?? Called Kranji Bus terminal or something.. thIS way, CW1, 170 and 160 can all terminate over there..
It is extremely premature to say that SMRT 950's loading is not as good as SBST's 160 or 170. Bear in mind that it is not even the second day of operation and you are making that assumption.Originally posted by sbst275:No wonder it is not popular now, it is more expensive

The SBST 160/170 combo poster was also put up at Tanah Merah MRT busstop.

the bus barely gets out of 2nd gear...
will try the yellow bus when it starts from Jurong East.. if it's express, it's even better!
CW3, CW4... Launching in OctOriginally posted by kuekj:any possibility of having a bus route that operates via second link? because from those cameras during news time u'll notice that causeway quite packed at times while 2nd link about 40% of the time half empty.. though i know going to kotaraya and larkin will take extra time from 2nd link. perhaps another bus route from jurong east passing through boon lay interchange and tuas terminal before going through the tuas checkpoint? it'll benefit residents there and people who work in the tuas industrial area, and perhaps also ntu students.
Larkin... But stops at the checkpoint onlyOriginally posted by the Bear:malaysian bus 262 goes from Tuas to wherever in malaysia right?

You end up paying more.... Anyway, they have no bussiness especially SBS has came on the offensiveOriginally posted by the Bear:cheaper yes..
but for a few cents, the yellow bus drives like the lunatic malaysian buses, rather than be overtaken by a snail in the 160, i think it's worth it!
