There would be about 10 of such services. However, the first to be implemented would be New Service 164P (Sembawang <-> Bukit Merah/ HarbourFront). This would take effect from 5 March 07.

To make it easier for passengers to recongise Express Services, there will be a X prefix added e.g 506 -> 506X. At the same time fares would be lowered on 5 March 2007. With this some express routes would be withdrawn due to the P prefix services while somemore express routes would be added.
