  3875 is on 166 AFAIK. Seen this bus around in CLE area a number of times.

  iF i am not wrong.. it will replace ALL Mk 2s.. other than the new CNG O500s, dont forget theres the new DD Bus.. which is parking in Hougang deport now..(if Im not wong..) regarding your 2nd Question.. answer is yes.. i remember a few years back.. Singapore Government did set a target for the bus compines.. 85% aircon.. IF i didnt remember wrongly..

  SBS 1688 K belongs to HGDEP, on service 84.
  
  Yes, those 2 buses are perm on service 18. The DDs are services 18/30 cross-overs.

  I think 1688 and 2888 had a swop of Depot last year? But let me clarify this matter. At first I thought BN had mercz when I saw 39. I was wrong. A BC corrected me and said there is not a single mercz there except 999U! 39 was transfered, actually.

  1688 has been with HGdep for a long time (>3 yrs). ex BN 36
  
  2888 has been with BNdep for a long time too (till 2001/2002 thereabouts). ex HG 7/85

  Can you post it? I haven't seen SMRT bus in flames before.

  The only burnt bus I have seen was a burnt habit serving 903.....
