service 63

  recently i saw buses serving 63 are all changed to mercedes fleet...it used to be volvo fleet..why is that so?

  Because 63 is now controlled by BRAM...hence the mercedes...there was a swop in depot control between Eunos and Serangoon Interchanges...All Serangoon services are under Hougang Depot (except 81 BN, and 105 controlled by Soon Lee too), and Eunos services (except 93 ARBP and 154 controlled by Soon Lee as well) went to BRAM.

  yes. for your info, the volvo buses left are supplied by bbdep while the replaced merc buses are controlled by braddell (bram) where merc buses come from, whose slots were previously controlled by hgdep where volvo buses come from.
  
  some of the ex-63 buses in hgdep went to 100, and bram supplied 63 buses from ex-105 buses, which were relieved as 105's control were handed over to hgdep on the same day on 5th sept.

  okay..but not only e buses e number font of 63 displayed in top front seemed to have changed too as well as 65 174 etc..wad could be e reason...issit e same reason mentioned??

  In recent times SBST is changing the font of their front destos. Any front desto they print now will be in this font.
