Finally mystery solved. This is Cow tails. The ads are from ComfortDelgro itself, to launch its new advertising arm -- Moove Media. This was reported in 9 Apr Straits Times.. Now, u can see Cut-outs of "Cows" along expressway and along orchard road and other areas..
