u can change tax rate at will, just adjust so that u can see the amt u get from 28% n yr current tax rate. the difference should be at least $4 per person
then multiply by yr population

if u get hit by rogue nation or other alliance, we can afford to boost u up to take on the attacker either on yr own or send in a war team to ZI the attacker or get the attacker to pay u reparations -
