it is my impatience in seeking for a harbour which i don't need it at this point of time, as i need to improve my Infrastructure, and my tech, before i even bother with a harbour, in practical speaking, i don't need any improvement, as for now
i need at least 400k, in order to realise all this this, i need to reach tech lvl 10 and then i will then need a harbour to have Aluminum and water
my bonus resources are in order for Asphalt, Automobiles. Construction, Microchips, Radiation Cleanup ( i want to develop NUCLEAR) Scholars, Steel, and in order to achieve all this, i need one more trade slot and tech level of 15 , which i probably need another month to achieve all this
up to date, i already have 2 bonus resources - fine jewellery and steel -

As long as you are a part of the alliance, we are obliged to offer any form of assistance should you ask.
For your information, you can ask for grant up to the amount of improvement you wish to buy.
And also ask for loan too. -

the guy i was getting $100k a month to trade with canceled our trade agreement yesterday. when he cancelled i lost beef and rubber. my population dropped and their happiness dropped cos i lost my bonus resource, fast foods i found someone from my alliance with the same resources and open trade slots, i hope they're willing to trade.
