P/S: I am fighting my first war as a result of this. Phoenix is fun, cool, nice, but well, it is also full of wars.

whether they carry out the threat i don't know but i think i will find out soon enough -
ken, ur alliance does not provide monetary awards leh... besides why stay neutral and don't fight wars? without wars how to progress?

u must win a battle in order to loot the cash he has, if u lose a battle, u will lose some of yr available cash to him too -
