i'm setting up a coal and spice trade.
that would offset my increased purchase land to 53%. with 53% i'm able to generate 10% profit by buying and selling land.
with the 53% increased in purchased land, i only need to buy 13.07 land to achieve a 20 purchased land equivalent(since 13.07 + 50% ~ 20 lands). my cost of land would be lower. now i have 20 lands which i can sell for $300 each, which amounts to $6000. initally i spent about $5300 for 13.07 of land, and that's keeping the purchased land at a default 100. so doing the maths i should be able to get an extra $700.
