Need help getting new bike..... but still stuck in SSDC haha

Hi guys need some pointers here.
May sound stupid, so dun laugh larz.... I still trying to catch on :p
My good pal bought a TZR 3 or 4months ago, he thining of changing bike, so intend to sell me cheap cheap $800
cause brother brother what.
So....
1) What muz I check to make sure I ride this bike 2 days latter wun find myself lying in the hospital?
It seems the first week when he bought the bike got quite afew problems so keep bringing go back repair. Now seems ok liaoz.
2) What are the things I muz pay the Zheng Hu monthly ah? -
if there is no more instalments, then primarily, the deal is between u n him, LTA n insurance r just external parties
LtA to change name-100 plus or 80, cannot remeber
insurance-legal requirement to ride the bike
either transfer or renew
most 3rd party insurnace is 200 plus
see his one left how long, if left lon long then transfer or if going to expire,then renew lor -
wow... i didn't know there is so many hidden cost needed.... wat about condition wise?
Cause I am considering buying Honda NSR SP 150cc... but still lookin for good lobang -

How long the insurance will be valid?
When I bought the bike, it is including the COE (about $100) and the insurance (no need to pay though)...
1. If something happened to my bike, how much maximum cash I can get from the insurance? If I accidently fall on the street when riding, can I claim the insurance? how much?
2. Or, if my bike bump into BMW or MercBz car, then the car's bumper spoil, then I don't think I can pay $5000 for car bumper (just don't want to sell my bike for paying someone's car bumper) .. can explain me what you guys do if you are in this situation? (Don't suggest to "run away" .. he he) ...
Or the car owner can claim the insurance for his car? Or both of us can claim the insurance?

usually the price of the bike dun include the insurance...
if it is on instalment, then it is compulsory to be on first party insurance
which is usaully 400plus or less.
anyway...
i heard even thought it is first party,
there is an excess of 1500... -

But they say if I insist on taking they also cannot do anything, only that I will make them worried more lorz.....
haiz headache ah! but I promise them the most also ride for a year++ only.

Hai hope someone i know work in moto insurance then can know how much are the benefits damn tulan when pay insurance after one year they just calculate then tell u 'Ohhh $100++ or $200++ and +++++++' KNN one.

muahhaa eh u think car ah? hahaha The bike must have his insurance covered then he can declare he rode the bike leh, if not wait he kenna charged riding without insurance...

hahah u all ah, always wanna wait till last minute then take rtt one. then if fail still must wait some more. ahahhahaha.
swing arm = the thing holding the bike's rear wheel loh.
some honda and ducati bikes have single sided swing arm while most bikes have 2. not that much difference. just look chio ^_^

Oh got 1 question from RTT ....
When another vehicle wan to overtake you horz:
a) u will increase speed
b) u will maintain speed
c) u will decrease speed
I put maintain speed but some ah bengs that took the test keep saying is decrease... so which is it?
Personally I would increase speed larz.... :p -
