Stealing from bikes - "S" holes

My left side mirror cum signal light was stolen from my X9 Evolution in the morning one day at my house carpark. Then my box was pried opened in the evening at Tampines mall. All in 1 day. Anyone more suay than me?
To those guys who steal from motorbikes. Be responsible and buy your own parts or what goes round will come round.
To all bikers who has experienced what I experienced.
I made a police report and they did some fingerprint brushing and printing. So if you are a victim of mindless thieves, once you discover the part missing, call police straight away. They will come to the crime scene to investigate. And hopefully the "S" holes will be handed over to the law. -
Can anyone out there pls be kind enough to provide me with contacts to dealers of Piaggio X9 cause I have difficulty looking for a replacement signal. Agent has run out of stock.

Hey, guys guess what? I went to the car park opposite my block and saw an X9 of the same make and colour as mine without the left mirror.
I really think it's him who steal my mirror, I mean , what are the odds that after your mirror is stolen, you find another bike near you with the mirror also gone or rather damaged? What do you guys suggest I do? Update the cops or take the matter in my own hands? -
better wait for the cop? Maybe he is also a victim like you??

Actually I rode to the police station. They took the fingerprints there. I thought i looked like a fool too. I told them my mirror was stolen and they gave me a kinda look. But it's $200 plus leh plus my box kana pried open very angry already.
They later said that it's their duty to investigate since a report was lodged. So they took the prints. For your info, even palm prints can identify. -
Had some experience as I am a bike rider.
I was approached by Police once as a guy riding the same bike as mine at the nearby block had his cabeurator stolen. The guys thinks I did it. Lucky I still had the box and receipt for my Mikuni cabeurator, which is the only type suitable for my dirt bike.
another time someone want to steal my mirror but I had superglued the threads so cannot be removed. The farker got frustrated and broke the mirror instead while trying too hard.
Some ppl can't afford the parts and steal yours........this Farking A-holes... -
imagine a person owning an Agusta F4...or a Ducati 999r...
works his ass off just to get the bikes of his dreams...
onli to find out parts disappearing...vandals..or even have the whole bike stolen -
call e police.
if there person look positive on crime doers.
guess it would be better if we look after 1 another even we dun know each others. happy ridding
